Day 2 of fruit fast!!! Yesturday I had soymilk for breakfast (I know its not fruit, but I need the energy from it, plus it's only 80 cals and a liquid), an oragne for lunch, and pineapple for dinner. So I had a total of 325 cals. Today I plan on doing basically the same thing. So I'll update you all on how that goes.
On a different note, I feel like a have a very different opinion of fat people than other people on here do. Like I mean, sometimes I find fat people gross, especially if they have bad/mean personallities. But really, I LOVE like fat confident girls, it's so weird. Like I think like queen latifa and the girl in Hairspray are really pretty, like it's okay for them to be fat, but it's soooo not okay for me to even be 'normal' sized. I don't know, I was just wondering if anyone can relate.
Also I LOVE the song Big Girl(You are Beautiful) by Mika.
AND I'm down 2lbs from yesturday.

I haven't posted in forever!!!! So I started dating afriend from when I was younger (like 12-15). He's sooo perfect we really make an amazing couple. THe bad part is he lives in Texas (I live in Ohio.) He moved there after he graduated highschool and we started talking again a few months ago. I flew down to see him in January and he flew here last weekend. I really miss him. I'm moving down there in July when I'm done with cosmetology school and my lease is up. Anyways.... basically since we've been dating (about a month) I've really been eating more "normally" which is I mean good that he makes me secure I guess, but it's starting to get to me. I'm started a liquid fast today and am going to go as long as a can (which will probably only be 2-4 days) then I'm going to restrict my cals to maybe 800. I think if I do a higher numbe rlike 800 it will be easier to keep the weight off. Whenever I heavily restrict I gain it back like crazy! Anyways my stats now are:
Ht: 5'0"
Wt: 109lbs
Hw:135
Lw:97
I want to get at least down to 97 but hopefully lower. I won't see my BF till mid to late April and I kind of want it to be a shock.

Went shopping with my mom, didn't eat anything all day but she wanted to go out to dinner. We went to this vegan place and I got a veggie burger. It was HUGE, seriously, like at least 800 cals. Plus I had tortilla chips and salsa. I ended up purging about half(ish) of it. So I mean I guess that's not *too* bad. I weigh the same as I did yesturday (101) but I want to be under 100 for friday when my BF comes home. I think I can do it. The plan for today is to get a falafal sandwhich (225 cals) and eat half for lunch and half for dinner. The market I go to was out of them on Tuesday though, so if they don't have that, I'll either get fruit (probably a small thing of cut up pineapple) or this frozen mexican thing, it has beans and veggies in it and the top is maybe like cornbread? IDK but it's only 150 cals. Then I would maybe have veggie broth for dinner. Have a good day ladies (and gents!)

So yesturday was going okay, I did everything I planed (falafal sandwhich, one half for lunch and one half for dinner, totaling 225 cals) but then at like 8 my BF wanted to go out to eat and my dumbass agreed. I purged most of it though, and toady I'm 105! So I'm down 5 lbs in like 3 days! 95lbs, here I come!

So I did kinda bad/kinda ok yesturday. I had soup for lunch (120cals) but for dinner me and my BF went to mongolian BBQ, and I had like 800 cals of stuff! But I did purge about half, so I mean I guess I had about 600 cals, which isn't soo bad. Today I'm planning on getting this thing called a fallafal sandwhich at the market by my school. I'll eat one half for lunch and the other for dinner. It's only 225 cals, and fairly big.
On another note....
I think I have mono. I've been exhausted the past few days, had a mild sore throat, and one of my lymph nodes (in like my groin area...gross!) is really swollen and sore. Does that sound like mono to you?

So, I'm at almost 110 lbs, which is rediculous. I know I've said it before, but this seriously HAS to change. In June I was 97 lbs!!! I'm so done with being fat. And I'm only this way because of choices I made.

I ate more yesturday than planned, about 700 cals. I've decided that I'm going to do a week of no more than 800 cals, then a week of 700, until I get to 500 or 400 (I'm not sure yet) and then see how it goes from there.

So , like seriously I've been binging for almost two weeks. About 3 weeks ago I was finally down to 100 from 105, but then I went like binge crazy and now I'm back to 105. I seriously need to fucking stop. I ever had a few days where I was hardcore b/p ing, which I totally thought I was done with. But I'm totally done with that. Today I'm going to have fruit for lunch, and if I'm really hungry 1/2 cup of dry cereal for dinner. I really would love a txting buddy though! I'm 18 and live in Ohio. I'm 4'11" 105 (gross) lbs and my phone is verizon if that makes a difference. Message me if you want my number!

So I'm down to 100-102(depending on when I weigh myself) and I was doing REALLY good, but the past few days I've been eating like 1000-2000 cals a day! Anyways, I was watching an old episode of Oprah yesturday and they were talking about weight and som eguy on the show was saying its best for your metabolism to eat a large breakfast, meduim lunch, and small dinner, and to not eat past a certain time. So I think me new plan will be have 300 cals for breakfast, 250 for lunch, and 200 for dinner, also I won't eat past 7:30 pm. So my day might look like:

orange juice 110
l- salad 50
dressing 35
fruit 100
apple sauce 50
d- soup 180
I think it sounds good.

I'm done to 100lbs! It's such a relief! I've seriously been doing so good lately. tuesday I had nothing, wednesday nothing, thursday my bf took me out to dinner and I ate less than half, friday 80 cals of fake chicken, saturday salad with no dressing and 80 cals of fake chicken. I'm not eating anything today until dinner, my bf wants to take me out again. I really don't want to go but we JUST started dating and I don't want him to suspect this soon so I'm trying to eat kinda normal around him. So how are you ladies (and gents) today?

So my fast went good yesturday! No food again today! I'm so happy about it. And I went on a date last night, I REALLY like him. I just hope he likes me too. Last night he kept feeling my shoulder bones and he told me I had rally nice shoulders! I just thought that was like super exciting.

So, I broke my calorie intake yesturday, it was supposed to be 500, but I had like 2000! EWWW! So today I'm fasting and working out like a lot. I might even get abitious and fast until tomorrow, hell, maybe even tuesday. I seriously need to do SOMETHING about this gross fat!

So today I'm starting my new diet plan, I think it's a plan I can stick to for a really long time:
tues-300
wed-300
thurs-500
fri-300
sat-300
sun-500
mon-400
RULES:
1. if I go over I have to walk an extra hour on the day that I go over
2. if I go over I have to fast the next day
3. if I fast on sun & mon (my days off) then the next week I get a 350 cal 'minibinge' on one day
I think I can do this.
Also for the first several days I'm liquid fasting, I'm sticking with all the same rules as above, just only liquids until I feel like I NEED something solid.
